Only used twice since purchase. Must sell due to medical condition. Unit has 6 year extended warranty with $100 deductible included in price. Easily towed with 1/2 truck (only 8,375 lbs.) and very comfortably sleeps up to eight adults with great bathroom. Some additional features to note: 15,000 BTU/AC, climate shield, 16" Maxxis tires/aluminum rims, Reese Revolution Pin Box, AV system w/HDMI and Bluetooth, exterior speakers/shower/kitchen/fridg.(None ever used), Electric Patio Awning w/led lights, Solar prep, and wireless remote for slides/awning, etc. Extended Warranty can be excluded and price lowered by approximately $1500 if buyer prefers. Unit is currently winterized and stored at dealer where we purchased.
