1999 Dutchmen Fifth Avenue 28R, In very, very good condition. You really must see to appreciate the condition. It has always been kept under a shelter that was built especially for it. It has the day/night shades on all windows, a stereo system for multiple cd's, cassetts, am/fm radio and recording ability. It can be heard in all parts of the camper or just the Living Room area or just the bdedroom area. There are roll out awnings on the slide outs. a ceiling fan has been installed and a fan-tastic vent fan installed in the kitchen. All upholstery on chairs and sofa bed are in perfect condition. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and the sofa makes a queen size bed. The whole end of the camper is a closet with sliding mirrored doors.
