I'm the second owner of the trailer. Equipped with 50 amp service, 2 air conditioners, one is ducted the other is not but it also has electric heat on it. Washer/dryer (splendede) is the brand. Installed in may 2016. Centra vacuum with hose and attachments. 10 gallon hot water tank gas or electric it also has an artic package meaning the under belly of the trailer is insulated and has heaters to protect the tanks. It has San-t-flush for the black tank. Valves to shut off the hot water tank so you can winterize the trailer without getting antifreeze in it. It has 4 tanks total. Black,gray,galley,and fresh water.
