Bought this 5th wheel brand new this spring. We have used it roughly a dozen times and have pulled it 1500 miles. It is in excellent shape. This unit has a electric awning with led awing rope lightExterior speakersoutside showerElectric and gas 6 gal hot water heater. We have never ran out of hot water in this unit.
