Excellent condition. All the bells and whistles you would want in a 5th wheel. Built in Topeka, Indiana. Northern Indiana is the RV Capitol of the world. Two air conditioners, two TV's (one in bedroom). Couch folds out into a bed. Both of my adult sons slept on it (at different times) and told us it was quite comfortable. Two rocker-recliners - very comfortable. Fire place (electric) really generates heat in the winter and it looks like a fire is going. Gas furnace heats the entire unit through underfloor duct. Also, the unit is built (insulated) for cold winter. For example, all the water tanks have built in heaters. When this unit folds out you feel like living at home with all its comforts. I didn't unroll the awning for any of the pictures, but its there and in perfect condition. We bought this unit because our previous Class C had such a small bath room. E.G., If you dropped your soap while in the shower, you had to turn off the water, get out, retrieve the soap, then get back in and start over. (I'm joking of course). This unit has ample space in the bath room area. Reason for selling? Got a class A. Also, have the towing unit to sell: a 2015 GMC 2500 HD, 4 door, 4 wheel drive, 8' bed.
