Bought this fifthwheel in August of 2015. The trailer has an extended warrenty that expires August of 2020. Fifthwheel and awning were also coated with Duratain coating($2500 value)which helps protect paint and awning from build up of moss and mildew. Also is easier to clean and protects paint from fading. The trailer has only been on 3 weekend camping trips since taken off dealer lot, not sure exact milage but know its no more then 500 miles. Exterior and interior are in excellent condition.
