This RV is loaded and brand new.  Purchased to use for work out of town, then was selected as a permanent in town!  My loss is your gain.  This has all the amenities... great (new) stairs, unique bathroom door, fireplace with different colors.  Feels like three separate rooms in one.  Absolutely LOVE the front window... lots of natural light.  Skylight in bathroom (shower area) and in the kitchen.  Roomy breakfast nook is my favorite spot.

This is an amazing fifth wheel! This one won't disappoint. It is soooooo clean inside and out! It has true quality construction with so many amazing features. It has FOUR SEASON INSULATION with an industry cutting edge R-38 INSULATION VALUE in the roof and R-21 in the floors. So you have great insulation throughout the trailer. This fifth wheel is only 32 ft long, but it lives like a much larger trailer. It has tons of storage built in throughout the trailer, including great outdoor storage. The layout is wonderful. The whole space is beautiful with modern decor, and rich neutral colors. There are also large windows throughout giving great natural light. The living room has a hide a bed couch, and a recliner sofa. The couch, and recliner couch are placed smartly for viewing the entertainment center. The entertainment center has a tons of storage, a desk, a lovely large flatscreen TV, and fireplace! The entertainment center really makes the space look like home. The kitchen is AMAZING! It has an awesome layout and SO MUCH COUNTERSPACE! All the counters are solid surface Corian. The kitchen also gives nice cabinet space. There is a HUGE 4 DOOR FRIDGE! It has a great PANTRY. The kitchen is fully equipped with, a 4 door fridge/freezer, large double sink, 3 burner stove/oven, and microwave oven with hood fan. The dining table is placed nicely next to the kitchen. The bedroom is wonderful as well with a walk around bed (it can fit a KING BED but currently has a queen mattress), tons of storage in the nice built in cabinets, and big closet next to the bed. There is also a washer/dryer hook-up in the closet. The bathroom is all in one private room with large glass shower, sink/vanity, great storage, and the commode. This fifth wheel is very spacious with the 2 slides. It has a large fully ducted air-conditioner and large furnace. This trailer is a FOUR SEASONS INSULATED trailer. Meaning it is ready to keep you very comfortable in the cold and hot weather! It also has a AUTOMATIC HYDRAULIC LEVELING SYSTEM! Just push a button, and it levels itself. There is lots of good outdoor storage.
