Our misfortune is your gain! We love our camper and just bought it brand new last May. However, we've received orders to move overseas and now we need to sell it. We have 3 kids, 6, 4, and 2, and bought this one specifically because of that back room. The couches can fold out to sleep 2 more people, or you can do what we did and pull the couches out for a time for a pack-n-play, or if you have a dog that sleeps better in a kennel you have so much floor space at your disposal.It has power tongue jacks, power stabilizers, heated/enclosed underbelly, electric awning and outdoor speakers w/ blue LEDs, a color changing LED outdoor light strip under the 18' electric awning, 13.5k BTU AC, gas/electric fridge and water heater with DSI. There is also an outdoor propane grill mounted on a swing arm on the bumper next to the outdoor kitchen. Plus a touch-pad remote to control many of the functions. Right now, it's loaded with all accessories, a brand-new-in-box heated water hose, and Reese straight-line dual cam weight distribution hitch.Interior accessories include: 22" TV/DVD combo mounted, 32" TV, a manufacturer-installed DVD player that also plays AM/FM radio inside and outside, and a full-sized memory foam queen mattress (not short). Dry weight from factory 5838 lb with 1788 lb's of cargo.We used the back of the camper for outdoor movies.
