The RV has two awnings; however, the main living room awning is ripped and in needs to be repaired or replaced.
The RV comes with all hoses, one of which is heated, and all attachments. It comes with a washing machine.
The AC in the bedroom was replaced in 2022 and is still under a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. There is also a new tankless water heater.
The sleeping capacity is currently 7, but a pull-out sofa in the living area could increase the sleeping to 9.

In the rear, there is tons of storage for all your gear and toys--ski mobiles, motorbikes, bicycles, and much more. The rear also has a washer/dryer hookup, and a washing machine is included next to the half bath.
The chef will love the kitchen island, which makes meal prep easier. The living/dining space is open for you to include whatever furniture and layout you desire--recliners with a table, a pull-out couch, a dining table, a desk, or any combination. The living area includes an entertainment center with a TV, and there is a TV in the master bedroom, in the bunkroom, and in the loft.
The private bedroom in the front has a king bed with storage underneath, drawers, and a wardrobe slide in which to hang your clothes. The main bathroom with shower is located at the front, near the master bedroom.
