Model 40J includes triple slides, a bath and a half, a reclining/inclining queen bed, and so much more!As you enter in front of the passenger seat, you will see overhead storage along the front, and two captain's chairs that swivel around to face the living area of the coach. The first slide out features a Rest Easy sofa with two optional ottomans, a l-shaped countertop with a double kitchen sink, extra counter space for preparing meals, and a two burner range. On the opposite side you will find a full wall slide out beginning behind the passenger seat and ending in the bedroom. There is a fireplace and TV location, lounge chair, Glide and Dine dining table and chairs, plus a buffet. The slide continues with a residential refrigerator, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a second wardrobe. There is a place for a bedroom TV as well. A half bath providing a toilet and large vanity with sink including overhead storage is conveniently located in the center of the coach before you enter the bedroom. Slide the double doors back to enter the master bedroom. There is a recline/incline queen bed with nightstands or choose an optional king instead. A full-wall slideout with opposing front living and bedroom slides provide room for features like a full bath and one half, the Rest Easy sofa and a complete Samsung home entertainment system. Your Journey has arrived. The destination is up to you. But what you ll remember is the uncompromising performance of the revolutionary Maxum Chassis, which is now boosted further with the ISL Cummins being utilized on the 40J and further with V Ride rear suspension. The design and engineering of the V-Ride, which is in use in heavy-duty applications, features v-rod -shaped upper control arms that help dissipate suspension forces through the crossmember and frame rails. In addition, the V-Ride s transverse beam is directly integrated with the trailing arm to form a single-piece U-shaped assembly. This unified design, combined with the v-rod control arms, the manufacturer noted, significantly reduces sway and provides a more stable ride especially in instances when a vehicle s tendency is to lean or drift outward, as when traveling around a curve. The V-Ride maintains superior roll stability and more predictable handling. Inside, you ll appreciate the Aqua Hot hydronic heating and hot water delivery system, which functions off of the diesel burner or electricity.
