Beautiful, immaculate 2016 Winnebago ERA 70X on the Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500 chassis. How immaculate? The toilet has NEVER been used--the black tank is pristine. How'd we do it? We only stayed in highly rated RV parks with community facilities. The soap dispensers are the same unused condition as when new. Only 52 hours on Onan generator. The propane oven was used to make a total of 5 meals. The microwave oven was used at most, 8 times. Only 18,500 lightly driven highway miles (8,000 miles alone based on 2 Texas-California round trips). One owner--purchased new from McClains RV in June 2015. Looks new, drives new. We averaged a true 17-18 mpg. Purchased prior to 12 month assignment in California and only used for several weekend half-marathons and Sierra Nevada trips. We took extra careful care of this coach as we knew we planned to sell it after our California adventure. The MB diesel engine performs flawlessly and is bulletproof. The vehicle drives like an SUV, and is easily maneuvered in crowded cities and parking lots. We never felt the need for a tow vehicle. Perfect for tailgating, soccer games and weekend hiking and lake trips.Includes 4 captains chairs up front plus the cabinet that can be easily installed and removed. Back couch seat holds another 3 people (7 person carrying capacity). The back couch folds into an incredibly comfortable (when a foam topper is added) King size bed. The head includes a wet bath shower that dispenses quickly heated hot water. Lots of upgrades (over $6,000 worth): DISH Satellite professionally installed by McClains RV, Alpine speakers and amplifier, subwoofer with sub amp, upgraded battery, new front tires, security system, Tire Minder, rear combination safe, surge protector, water pressure gauge. Pre-wired for mobile 2-way (HF radio). Typical minor RV issues: 2 LED bulbs need replacement, Xite AM-FM, SiriusXM, DVD unit needs software upgrade (back up camera intermittent), minor paint flake on front bumper. Everything you need for safe, secure RV excitement is included. We loved the RV in California, but now that we are back in Texas, there are few places that are available for weekend RV travel!
