This a 2016 Columbus 365RL. This unit has the cream exterior with the Antigua Decor interior. A painted fiberglass Front Cap, and a slam latches on all storage chamber doors. This has an outside AM/FM/ Bluetooth receiver with USB port. There are three – 20 lb. LP tanks with auto switch and a slide out tray. Also a quick battery disconnect and a full system water purifier. A large power awning with LED lighting, ( with awning cover ) and a crank down spare tire. Large Frameless tinted windows and a central VAC. system, two large entry closets inside the entry door. There is La-Z-Boy Residential Theater Seating and Sleeper Sofa, a 40 LED TELEVISION with sound bar, and Video disc player and ROKU smart stick in the living area. Also included is a 30” residential Convection Microwave Oven, and a Double Bowl Stainless steel sink in the kitchen with a pull down fauce, along with a 15,000 BTU Quite Zone Air in the living area.
