A lightweight luxury fifth wheel, this 2019 Durango D286BHD is designed for comfort and livability. Outfitted with lots of storage inside and out, a well-equipped kitchen, lots of sleeping options, including the queen-size bunkhouse beds, the Durango will keep you comfortable, entertained, and relaxed.
Entering the Durango D286BHD from the side entry door, you are struck by the large living space.
The kitchen is located just around the corner of the entryway.
The kitchen featured appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a stove, and an oven located in one of the five Durango Gold slides.
The L-shaped counter provides lots of food prep space. A double kitchen sink with covers is also located within the L-shaped counter. There is lots of drawer and cabinet storage provided and includes a pull-out pantry next to the refrigerator/freezer.
Across from the kitchen is a U-shaped dinette that can be converted into a sleeping area by dropping the table. There is a pull-out drawer at both endcaps for easier access.
Next to the dinette there is a sofa sleeper with cabinet storage overhead. The tri-fold bed can be easily deployed.
At the front of the living/kitchen space is an entertainment center.
The entertainment center includes an electric fireplace, cabinet storage, a large flat-screen TV, and a 12V entertainment system that includes a DVD/Radio with Bluetooth with 3 speaker zones.
Located at the rear of the D286BHD is the bunkhouse. The bunkhouse features queen-size bunks both with lights and a window with curtains.
Storage in the bunkhouse includes a large hanging closet with additional storage beneath a bunk step.
The full bath and master bedroom are located forward of the living room area.
The full bath is accessible from the hallway or from the master bedroom. It contains a flush toilet, a large shower with sliding glass doors, a bathroom sink, cabinet and drawer storage, and a mirror.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with storage underneath. There is also overhead cabinet storage and hanging closets to either side of the headboard area.
Along one side of the master bedroom you'll find additional drawer and cabinet storage.
A few external highlights include an outdoor kitchen, full pass-thru storage, and automatically leveling jacks.
The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a flattop grill and a sink on the passenger side rear and a mini refrigerator located just forward of the grill/sink in a separate storage bin.
The Durango also features auto-levelers, a great option to have.
