2016 platinum edition Rockwood 5th wheel. 1 1/2 bath, separate bunkhouse with 1/2 bath, separate outdoor gas grill, power awning with lights, microwave, 3 burner gas stove and oven, solid surface counters in kitchen, tile back splashes in kitchen and baths, frig with front that matches the cabinets, tons of storage, central air and heat, sleeps up to 9, tons of storage! Duratain coating. We bought it to live in while building a house and ended up not building the house. We did take it on 3 short outings to make sure everything works model 8281ss $5000 below NADA pricing and includes 16k 5th wheel hitch. Still smells new inside.
