2014 Forest River Viper XLR Viper model 345V16. This fifth wheel is loaded!!! It has the Venom package, Extreme Weather package, VIP Party Deck with Awning, 5.5 kw generator, mobile fuel station plus more. I recently added a three season patio door but still have the screen pull down. I have about 500 miles on this RV. Cargo area was used as my wife's craft area while camping and was never used to haul a toy.

Model 305V12 features a 12' cargo toy parking garage inside, plus plenty of living space with comfortable features to enjoy.Load up the toys with the 8' rear ramp door including spring assist to make things easy.  There is also a side man door to access this area once the rear ramp door has been closed. There is overhead storage, and a washer and dryer prepped space so you can easily add units if you choose.The screened sliding patio doors take you right into the main living space where you will find a slide out tri-fold sofa sleeper and recliner. The slide provides added foot traffic space to move about, and the seating keeps you comfortable as you relax after a fun filled day.  Enjoy the nearby entertainment center with 32" TV.The kitchen offers all the amenities you need to prepare and cook meals and snacks for a hungry crew. There is a refrigerator, three burner range with microwave overhead, and a double kitchen sink in the L-shaped counter making cleanup a cinch.Head up the steps to a side aisle bath with an angled shower, toilet and sink. Beyond the bathroom find a private master bedroom which features a queen size bed, slide out closet and dresser, and nightstands on either side of the bed.There is a super pass-through storage compartment beneath the bathroom area that can be accessed from either side.  You can also choose a generator up front or some additional storage in the v-nose area.  In the cargo space add the optional electric queen bed(s) or pass-through dinette for added seating and sleeping space so you can take along a few more guests, plus so much more!
