The "RD" stands for rear den & it will be one of one of Sandpiper's best selling floor plans! Sandpiper has also changed up some of their packages too, giving the customer a ton more features such as the new Sandpiper Signature package and the new Ultimate package which has the premium solid surface counter tops, pull down roller shades, a 32" master bedroom TV, and the ever popular 20 cu ft stainless steel refer! The 389RD floor plan has (5) slides starting in the front with a king bed slide in the master bedroom with a huge front walk in wardrobe that's prepped for a washer and dryer and has shelves built in the center. At the foot of the bed, you'll find a dresser for your folded clothes and it also has a 32" LCD master bedroom TV. This 389RD also has a very nice side aisle bathroom with a walk in shower with seat, a porcelain foot flush toilet, and a sink with lighted medicine cabinet and underneath storage! It has (2) opposing slides in the kitchen area with an Island in the center which has the double sinks and more storage.
