I purchased this unit new 2 years ago to use while I was building our cabin. The cabin is now nearly complete and it's time to sell the camper. We actually used it very little, stayed in a nearby motel most of the time. It was stored inside both winters. Very good condition. Lots of extras; Sway-Pro hitch and stabilizer bars, full unit cover, wheel covers, extra power cord, power hitch jack, power awning, power slide, and power stabilizer jacks, etc....Will sleep up to 9, Queen bed, triple bunks, sofa and table.
