The overall condition of the fifth wheel is ood. The sellers have taken great care of the unit. All maintenance has been completed. The seller has replaced the two tires every year since 2019. The tires are all G-Rated. Brakes checked and axles greased Feb 2024 New batteries were installed in 2021. The passenger side decals have a little fading and cracking. LOVE this RV but just have not had the chance to travel as much as we would like. We have a full cover and wheel covers also. Originally purchased a 7 year Tire/Wheel Road hazard protection plan that is transferrable to the new owner, 5 1/2 years left. Only has 6180 miles on it. It's a great RV! Small enough to manuever easily but with the 3 slides (dinette, Bed, wardrobe) it is quite spacious. Lot's of cabinet space inside and ample outside storage as well.
