The beauty of a pop up camper is you feel like you are camping, but have some great amenities. Like air conditioning & heating, microwave, refrigerator, stove & oven, & in this case, a bathroom/shower along w/ black & grey water tanks that are 12 gal ea plus a 26 gal FW tank. With conservative use, we go 4 nights on grey water (no showers) and 8 nights on black (using camp facilities during day). This is a High Wall version which means it is 6 ft high when towing & you get std counter tops inside the unit. It is a 14’ box & tow length is 19.5 ft. Unfolded is 25.75’. Sticker states dry weight of 3210 lbs and 611 lbs of cargo weight. We added a power tow hitch and upgraded awning, so best guess is now 3325 lbs. The top is moved up by an electric motor that runs with either AC or DC. Tow behind a Jeep GC & you don’t feel a thing except for bumps. With this floor plan you can reach the fridge when the top is down. This is a huge benefit when loading up or stopping at the grocery store on the way. The fridge has a small freezer & is a 3-way, meaning AC, DC, or propane (2 tanks). It sleeps 6 using the dinette. Front bed is king and rear is queen, both include heated mattresses. There is an outdoor kitchen with stove, sink and drawers. Has a AM/FM CD w/ speakers indoor & out (& remote control). Outdoor lights & A/C electric outlet. The following was added by us or is included with the sale. Power hitch, propane tank covers, new trailer cover, new tire covers, new tires (one trip), new awning (one trip)(have old one with small tear that is included), TV stand indoor (there is a cable hook up), electric drill with socket to speed up stabilizer jacks, 10-12 gal tote with wheels for extra holding tank capacity, Flushking to back wash tanks, & 2 water hoses. The unit is in awesome shape. We love it but wanting more room and moving up to a 5th Wheel.
