5th wheel is 42' long and weighs under 12,000 pounds. Purchased in August, still has 5 months left on the factory warranty. It is in perfect condition with no issues, just looking to downsize to a different model. We're including a Splendide washer/dryer combo we bought new for over $1000 in with the asking price. Also had a hardwired surge protector installed at the dealer. Adjacent you will see optional theater seating for two with cup holders and an optional free standing dinette in place of a booth dinette for meals.  To the left of the entry door there is a slide out entertainment center with a 40" HDTV above an optional fireplace below. This slide also features a refrigerator, a three burner range, and overhead microwave.  A counter peninsula is where you will find a double sink, and lots of counter space for food prep and more.The rear of this Montana High Country provides a great space for the kids to hang out. There is a sofa slide out with a fold down bunk above on the right as you enter.
