Beautiful & barely used. Never been smoked in, and never had pets in it. We've only used the camper about 5 times. It has been garage kept since we purchased it new in May of last year. (until we pulled it out of the garage this past weekend to make room for our new camper, and put a For Sale sign in the window) We are selling this 5th wheel for no other reason than we decided a different floor plan would work better for us and our growing family. (we added twin grand daughters to our family after purchasing this one last year) This unit has a power awning and two slides, all of which can be operated by using a hand held remote. It also has the 'auto leveling' system. The shower head has been upgraded and so have the faucet fixtures in the shower. The originals are in the box and will go with the unit in case the new owner would like to change them back. The queen mattress in the master bed room has always had a waterproof mattress cover on it, so it's the same as 'new'. We took the recliners out and replaced them with a wall huger reclining love seat. The original love seat folds out into a full size bed. The kitchen dinette also converts to a bed, this camper will easily sleep 6 people. Everything is in excellent working order. We will also sell our 2011 Chevy 2500HD if you happen to need a truck to pull it. It has 130,921 miles on it. It is in excellent mechanical condition. The body has a few dings in it, but nothing major. It has the Vortec V-8 gas engine, with a 6 speed automatic transmission with manual shift selector. 3.72 Gear Ratio. It also has the factory towing package, Intergrated trailer braking controls, towing mirrors that are heated. I have more pictures of both the truck and the 5th wheel, however, rvtrader's website wouldn't allow them to upload because the files were too large...We will sell the pair for $47, 990. or we will sell them separate------- Truck - $19, 995.------- 5th Wheel - $29,995. -----Please call 859-595-1506 if you have further questions.
