The 5th wheel has always been in an enclosed shop when not in use. To the best of the owner's knowledge, the 5th wheel and associated equipment are working as intended. One of the pendant lights in the kitchen area has a broken globe. The sofa and double recliner are fully functional; as shown in the pictures, the covering on both pieces has some issues. Storage is abundant with cabinets, a hanging closet with sliding doors, and a closet with washer/dryer hookups. There is also an LED TV and storage on the wall. The full bath is well appointed and is located off the hall for easy access. In the garage, you will find two drop-down queen beds, the lower bed converts to opposing sofas, and there's a table that goes between them. There is also a TV, storage areas, and an entry/exit door in the garage. -The optional patio with manual awning and patio steps, along with the optional rear patio screen door, are included.
