A new PVC roof was installed in October of 2023! Within the last two years, a second A/C unit was installed, and the following items were replaced by the owner (who was a prior certified RV repair technician): water pump, omnidirectional TV antenna, furnace control board, control panel, and memory foam mattress for the queen bed. The front cap had some prior water damage, which the current owner repaired, but left the interior wall unfinished so that its next owners could customize it to their liking. There was also some leaking from the screws for the awning rails, which resulted in a small soft spot in the bedroom floor and some bubbling in the wall (see pics). Since the roof and awning rails were repaired, there have been no leaks or further water damage. The tires are original, with a tire date code of 3914. 2017 Keystone Springdale 303, Lots of space, a bunkhouse for the kids, an outdoor kitchen for the chef in the family, dual entry doors, and so much more makes this Keystone Springdale travel trailer perfect for a larger family to enjoy. Model 303BH features an outdoor kitchen beneath the curbside bunk. The perfect feature for those who enjoy cooking and dining outside. There is a single sink, refrigerator, storage, and a three burner cook-top. Right next to the camp kitchen head in one of the two entry doors. This one leads right into the full bath featuring a tub/shower, toilet and vanity with sink. This makes accessing the bath easy from outside. No running all through the trailer just to use the bathroom. The rear bunkhouse features a Fun Lounger slide with a flip-up bunk above. There is also a bunk above an entertainment center opposite. You can have a bit of privacy with a curtain that pulls shut at night if you like. Just outside the bunkhouse is a pantry for dry good storage. It sits next to a slide out u-shaped dinette and tri-fold sofa sleeper with overhead storage. The kitchen is featuring on the opposite side just to the left of the second entry door. Once you reach your destination and the toys are removed this space quickly becomes an extension of the travel trailer by providing extra sleeping space and a place to hang out during the day. Step inside the main living area from the second outside entry door or through the door in the cargo area. Keystone Impact 303 bumper pull Toyhauler. Condition is Like New! Upgrades include door installed from the bath to the bedroom, dual 6 volt system, electronic keyless entry locks, led lighting throughout, winegaurd satellite system, electric tongue jack, Anderson hitch installed, upgraded heavy duty stabilizer jacks, TV added in garage, and 12 ply tires last summer (10ply shouldn't even be installed on these beasts).
