This trailer is 37' long and includes a gooseneck adapter, 3 slides (2 large adjacent slides in living room/kitchen), slide toppers, electric front and rear stabilizer jacks, electric awning, 2 A/C units, washer/dryer hookups, 2 30# propane tanks, TV, fireplace with heater, fold out couch, 2 recliners, and a table with four chairs. This trailer has never been smoked in and the carpets have recently been steam cleaned. This trailer is 3/4 ton towable but if you are serious about buying it I can move it within reasonable distance.
