Engine and generator were last serviced in Nov 2023. Owner has service records. Owner is not sure if they are the 2nd or 3rd owners. A POP representative has not been aboard this RV, however, the seller states that all systems and functions are working correctly and has informed us of these known cosmetic issues: The dinette peeling issue that plagued so many RVs during those years. Some freeze damage to the freshwater storage tank was the result of a faulty water pump not sealing the inlet from the tank during a winter camping trip. The pump was replaced by an extended warranty. The bay where the water pump is located had some deformation due to that event, but everything works great. Estimates for repairing the dinette were around $800, and the water tank and bay were around $2,000.
