Like new unit used only a few times. First and foremost is that there is zero camper sway with this unit due to its ProPride hitch. It is the closest thing you can get to towing a fifth wheel putting the pivot point at the rear axle and not the bumper. Only the tow vehicle can initiate a turn. Do your research on it. I am willing to entertain a slightly lower price without this hitch included. Even used, these things sell close to $2k. This unit is fully loaded from master bedroom to the bunkhouse. The kids have their own bunkhouse with 3 bunks and a couch that folds out to a queen bed. The living area is large and upgraded with wood panel fridge, solid surface countertop. Not shown is the countertop extension that goes next to the solid surface sink. You can make gourmet meals in this kitchen. Additionally, the couch in the living room folds out to a queen bed. The bathroom is rather large and has its own entrance for those times when you don't want family and friends running through the entire camper just to use the bathroom. There is a large TV in the living room as well as one in the master suite. The entertainment system has 3 set of speakers. One for Dolby surround for the main tv, speakers in the master suite and outdoor speakers. The system does everything from DVD, CD, radio, TV and even Bluetooth so you can play the music on your phone. The outside makes living outdoors easy. There are two awnings, outdoor kitchen with a fridge, sink and stove. A grill that attaches to the side of the camper and uses the camper's propane is also provided. Additionally, there is a TV mount that allows for the master bedroom TV to be used outside. In the rear you have the ladder to the roof where you can hang towels from the included drying rack after you use the outdoor shower faucet. From a looks perspective, it has aluminum wheels, awnings on the slide outs, smooth side walls. It even has a bike rack mount on the front so you can load bikes on the tongue of the trailer. Additionally, we just filled both propane tanks last week. Set up is super simple with powered scissor jacks and upgraded front powered jack with coach light. We have only used this unit a few times and have enjoyed it immensely. Your family will too!

BUNK HOUSE DESIGN! This has a Bunk house and Master bedroom at opposite ends of the trailer. Outdoor Kitchen with 2 burner stove, refrigerator and sink. Huge storage area for kids in bunk house, Large bathroom storage for those towels, and bathroom items along with space for outdoor items (sunblock, bug spray, laterns, and anything you need handy.) 2 outside doors, Main door and a bathroom door for quick access. Outdoor sink and Refrigerator in outdoor kitchen makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors while keeping your indoors clean! 2 outdoor electric canopies that cover 90% of the side of the camper (one of my favorite features along with the outdoor kitchen.) Power Stabilizers and power front jack. My wife is very meticulous on keeping a clean camper and we clean after each campout to a new status. There is still a new smell in the camper. Another Very nice and rare feature in this model is that it has 2 A/C units (50 amp) This model normally is 1 unit. The design is really nice in that the bunkhouse is at the opposite end of the Master bedroom making it great for you as parents! There are 2 couches that convert to Queen beds, and the dinette converts to a large bed also. So with 3 twin size bunks, and a Master Queen it sleeps 5 easily and can quickly add up to 6 additional beds making it sleep 11, but I will say 11 is a little crowded for any camper.There is one full pass through storage under the master at the front and another back storage centered under the dinette. I am a private seller and many question why I am selling . . . my wife and I have 4 children and I tow with a truck, and requires my wife to follow in a separate vehicle. We want to make sure that this goes to a great family, or perfect for a retired couple that wants to take the grandkids out!
