This 2016 Forest River Rockwood 8265WS Signature Ultra Light is in “like new” condition and was originally purchased in July 2015 for just under $42,000. It is only 29”11” bumper to bumper, so it will get into almost any campground, including national parks. It is also easily towed by a properly equipped ½ ton pickup. In fact, the reese revolution pin box makes it possible to tow this trailer with a short bed pickup without the need for a slide hitch. After numerous lengthy debates we decided, as many have, to switch to a Class A motorhome since our RV lifestyle involves many one night stops. So our loss is your gain. This fifth wheel is covered by a fully transferable bumper to bumper extended warranty that is valid until July 2020 ($2,000 option). It also has a PermaPlate protective coating to preserve the exterior fiberglass from weathering (a $2,000 option). It has almost every option available from the factory, including the Diamond Package – see photo of original sticker price. In addition, we have replaced the sofa sleeper with two rocker swivel recliners at a cost of over $1,100 (still have the original sofa sleeper if you prefer) and upgraded the electrical system at a cost of over $1,800 (adding two new Lifeline 6volt batteries with 300AH, a 2K watt pure sine inverter, a battery monitoring system, and an upgraded converter to recharge the batteries faster). The triple slides on this model make it seem like a much larger fifth wheel. It has more interior storage than you are likely to ever need.
