Everything works except for the screen door latch from the outside but can be easily accessed by the little sliding screen opening to access from the outside. Entertainment system is pretty neat and the TV unmounts and can be moved to a mount on the outside. Upholstery and vinyl are in good condition. Includes two 5 gal propane tanks.
