Very well kept,fireplace,residential fridge,washer/dryer combo.We bought it and parked it under cover at our vacation home.The tires have very little mileage.Price is negotiable but we really would like to trade for a class C rv of comparable price and as well kept.We are building a cabin so won't need the fifth wheel but still want options for camping.
