This is a NO TAX 7 month old unit deal. This 2015 Dutchman Voltage 3970 Epic IV Series has already been checked out and had any factory build issues taken care of under warranty. The unit has also been completely set up for dry camping with an Aims 4000 watt Pune Sine Wave inverter/charger and 4 Interstate GC@-XHD-UTL Golf cart 6 volt batteries and 2 160 watt roof mounted solar panels with an expandable set up for 6 more panels. The inverter/charger has been completely rewired with heavy gauge cooper wire for hi output charging and I also added an auto gen starter that kicks on the generator if the batteries get to a preset low point. The unit also includes a Dish satellite dome mounted on the roof that is connected to all 4 TV's. We have installed an extended swing out shower curtain bar for additional room while showing and custom towel racks. We have also redesigned the storage area in the lower front to add an additional 18" of storage area which has been a great bonus for all of our storage items. We have a PullRite 5th wheel slide hitch available for an additional $2,200 (value with attachments $3,700). An 11" garage, a rear patio manual pull down screen, portable rear gate steps and plenty of room for family and friends, this Voltage is ready to take your fun up a notch! Once your toys are removed from the cargo you can drop down the electric bunks for more sleeping space (upper bunk has a new queen mattress), or 2 couches and table in the lower unit. Two 13,500 AC units front and rear and one 15,500 AC unit in the center area that keeps this unit cool on the hottest Arizona days! Step inside the kitchen from the cargo area. There is a large sink and counter-top space to your left with a gorgeous spice rack! Past the sink is a slide out three burner range with microwave, a counter area and peninsula, plus an L-shaped lounge slide. Across the unit along the door side find a second slide out recliner sofa, a 18Cu Ft. full size refrigerator, and pantry. There is also an entertainment center with a 40" TV, speaker bar and fireplace along the interior living room wall that can be easily viewed while you cook. Step up to the right of the main side entry and find a closet on your left, then a complete bath through the very next door. The bath features a tub/shower, toilet, and vanity with round sink, plus dual entry for easy access from within the master bedroom. At the very front of this Voltage 3970 Epic IV Series enjoy a spacious master suite with slide out king size bed including a dresser opposite with TV, and a front wardrobe for all of your clothing. You will also love that the closet has been prepped for a washer and dryer if you choose to add the convenience as well. The unit has an outdoor entertainment center, plus dual awnings, excellent Dirt Devil vacuum system and a 2nd 30 gallon gasoline pump station!!
