This Rockwood Roo is essentially new. We used it only one time to go to Disneyland and have never used the bathroom or shower. I paid $26K for it one year ago new. We decided the trailer was a little big for us - let our loss be your gain! We have taken the depreciation hit for you. For added security, I changed all the locks on the trailer (except the front door) since I learned that other trailer manufactures and other industries use the same key. The front door lock and deadbolt is unique and didn't require changing. Interior features include 2 SLIDE OUTS AND TWO POP OUTS a roof a/c unit, furnace, water heater, double door refrigerator, LPG gas/smoke detector, tv, tv antenna w/booster, dvd player, queen bed. Exterior features are aluminum rv wheels, manual awning, outside shower, power roof vent, skylight, spare tire and carrier, 30amp service. The "unloaded" unit weighs (UVW) is 5418 lbs.
