This is a Columbus Compass 340RKC...It is 38 feet with 6 automatic electric jacks...We purchased this unit in February of this year...It has a 24 month warranty included...We decided to purchase a permanent site here in Myrtle Beach, SC...The camper has been in storage until recently and has only been towed too and from storage for a total of less than 100 miles...This unit is actually cleaner than new as I just power buffed and waxed the complete exterior...The list price of this unit new was just shy of $70,000...The NADA guide shows a retail value of 56,900...We are willing to sell this ASAP for $44,900 to the first lucky buyer...We will not consider any trades...The camper is on a clear Pennsylvania title...Any questions please feel free to ask...Thank You and good luck
