I have not physically viewed this unit but from the photos, it looks to be in good condition. Upon a personal inspection December 2023, prospective buyers suspected a leak because of soft floors that need to be addressed. Everything should work as expected. This trailer has dual entrances, a 6 point one-touch leveling system, frameless windows, a heated and enclosed underbelly, a rear bumper cargo tray, and a lighted power awning. The L-shaped kitchen has stainless appliances and solid surface countertops throughout. There is a stove, oven, microwave, 4-door refrigerator, and double sinks. Across from the kitchen is a slideout with a free standing dining table. Now walk up the steps into the giant separate living room. You'll notice 2 opposing slides with a reclining sofa in one, and an entertainment center in the other. The entertainment center has a TV, an electric fireplace, and a DVD player. There is also a sleeper sofa on the front wall.
