Lightly used luxury camper.  Prior to purchasing I visited the factory in Indiana to inspect the quality control of construction.  All of the workers were Amish, except for the front office.  If you familiar with Amish construction you will know that all of their work shows exceptional quality.  Remember, that you get what you pay for.  This camper shows beautifully, it has excellent gelcoat, and an water tight roof.  I got a new job shortly after we purchased it and have been traveling for work extensively (6 months total in hotel over last 2 years).  The camper was pulled about 2 or 3 times; when I still owned my F150.  I sold my tow vehicle early 2014.  It has been seasonally parked in Marblehead, Ohio ever since.  It still smells new when you open the door.  Camper has never been smoked in.  Pending a reasonable selling price I intend on giving the new owner, dishes, silverwear, utensils, blender, toaster, pots and pans, dish towels, water hoses, electrical wires, sewer hoses, battery, propane tanks, portable black tote, x-chock wheel stabilizers, and other miscelaneous items that surely total over $1000.  The BIG bonus is that included is a Blue Ox anti-sway / weight hitch with heavy and lighter weight bars, hitch is spectacular.  I paid $750 plus $200 for the extra bars.  If you are considering buying a new camper verus buying my beautiful pre-owned camper be prepared to drop about $10,000 more for a new Open Range, plus $3000 for the extra stuff you will need just to go camping the first night, and not to even mention the extra taxes that you will pay.  I am not in a hurry to sell this camper, I am just realistic that I will probably not be able to use it this summer and am going to try to sell it.  I have already paid half of my seasonal camping fee for this coming summer.  I can speak to the owner of the campground if you want to leave the camper on its spot and use it in-place.  My number is 419-343-7993, texting is ok, my name is Barry.  I can show the camper most any night, it will just take me 75 minutes to get there.

So we are selling our beloved trailer a 2014 Open Range Light LT308BHS bunkhouse travel trailer. We bought it new Nov 2013 and love spending time camping with it. We love all the fun we have and want to upgrade to a larger fifth wheel so we continue to create memories for our family. Trailer is in excellent condition. We treat it as part of the family. Like everything that gets used it does have a few minor scratches on exterior and couple little marks on doors inside. Otherwise it looks and works like new. We have no pets or smokers. All systems work. Below are the upgrades we ordered for this trailer. Trailer is stored at Indian Cove Campground and is covered during the winter months (Jan-Mar) All other months we are camping. Trailer has about 7000 miles on tires. Rotated every year, and wheel bearings were cleaned and repacked in 2015. Just passed inspection. Many pictures were taken August 2016 during and after trip to Myrtle Beach. Interior Pictures were taken after cleaning it from top to bottom. Trailer has treated us well and we would love to hand it off to the next family to continue making memories. I will consider throwing in the 12K Equalizer hitch and DuPont cover for it as well Trailer is Apprx 320 sq ft with 3 slides Front bedroom is full queen bed; bunkroom has 3 bunks and jack knife sofa that fold out for a total of four beds. Living room has the U-shape lounge, which also folds out to a full size airbed. Living room has two small tables (1 shown in pic) Big things you will find with Open Range trailers are high class finishing’s. Trim throughout the trailer adds that extra touch. Also has a 2nd A/C ducted in front bedroom, electric jacks, and fiberglass front cap. All which give it a better look and easy set-up and operations. Main A/C is a 15k and 2nd is 13.5 so you have 28.5k cooling. Will keep trailer at 70 in 90+ heat Items we have added. Electric fireplace in living room. Outside TV, additional crank down jacks in center of trailer, 3 grey max air vent covers, two 6 volt golf cart batteries vice single 12v, 6 fishing pole aluminum rod holder on back of trailer, 1 1/4" receiver hitch on rear with cargo tray, power inverter to run outdoor fridge and TV, Mounts for TV in bunkroom and bedroom. Great family trailer that sleeps 8 people and is ready to go camping right now with weight distribution hitch and camping accessories included. This trailer offers a large kitchen area with an island and very spacious eating area with 2 removable tables. Both the pantry and the refrigerator offer plenty of storage for all your food needs for a long camping trip. The triple slide outs create lots of room and the bunkhouse in the back offers 3 beds and a table sitting area that folds into a double bed. The sitting area couch also folds out into a queen bed and comes with an inflatable mattress for comfortable sleeping. The outdoor kitchen offers another cooking option with an extra microwave, refrigerator and gas grill. A convenient electric awning is handy for easy in and out use. The trailer also has lots of storage space under the main couches, bunkhouse beds and front master bed. The front bedroom offers plenty of space for sleeping and clothing storage and is conveniently located by the bathroom. We have also replaced the standard trailer mattress for the front bedroom with a with a regular queen size bed mattress that provides for a much better nights sleep. We are also including the Reese hitch weight distribution system with sway control and all the necessary camping accessories needed to go camping (electric chords, water filter, water hoses, septic hoses and connections). The trailer is in good condition with everything in working condition with the exception of the air conditioner that stopped blowing cold air late this summer. We bought this trailer this summer, August 2016, to be used for a move from Michigan to Colorado, camping along the way. It was a great trailer and worked very well for our family of 6, however, we realized we would rather have a 5th wheel trailer. Prior to us buying the trailer, it was stored at a camp ground for one year with no more than 50 miles of travel.

We are selling this trailer because we have moved to a motorhome, but it has been great to our family. It is very spacious with a residential style kitchen with a sink in the center island large refrigerator, freezer, electric fireplace and a pantry to store plenty of food for long camp outs. It has a large sectional couch that will fold out into a queen inflatable bed. The master is roomy with a queen bed, two large closets, tv and easy access to the bathroom. The back of the trailer has a private room with 4 bunks(one makes into a table) and a armoire.
