We purchased this RV on December 18, 2015. It came with a transferrable extended warranty and had 7 years left on it. It now has 6 years left on the warranty, which is more than a brand new travel trailer. We used it in NC for 10 months visiting with relatives and have very few problems with it. It has 3 slide-outs, 2 in the living area and 1 in the bedroom (closet and linen closet). It is very comfortable and the sofa has an air mattress for sleeping when it folds out. It has power to inflate and deflate the mattress. The awning is power-driven and was replaced this past summer. The TV is not included. We are only asking for the payoff of approximately $26,000 so the price is non-negotiable.
