We purchased this fifth wheel new in 2013. We have purchased a cabin and it is not needed anymore. The unit is in excellent shape and everything works great. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great camper with great price with option of buying a 2005 F-350 truck to pull the camper (will sell both for $49,000).
