The seller just upgraded the roof, which is sealed well. There were no leaks--a limb scraped it, so it needed repair. The current owner has just replaced the house battery and has replaced all 14-ply tires (4621) Per the seller, all components are working as expected. This unit was clean and had lots of storage.
