Everything is functional on this RV. It smells clean and has only been used a handful of times by the current owners. It mainly needs a quick wash of the roof and the exterior. The owners reported no roof leaks.

The interior includes plenty of room for guests and sleeps up to nine people. Immediately upon entering, you see the two matching recliners that face the flatscreen TV and functional electric fireplace, which comes with a remote to change colors and temperature.
The kitchen island has a large sink and all the necessities you need to feed the family.
In the rear of the trailer, you have a sleeper couch, one bunk bed, and a ramp to store your motorcycle or golf cart. Very impressive.
