Built in oct 15, I bought it dec 2015, good cond, power awning, power tongue jack, rear area Carpet roll up, I've installed wired cameras on all 4 corners on outside, power remote vent in living area, power vent in bath, trailer has been stored under aluminum cover garage, trailer is in dallas Texas, will need 24 to 48 hours before taking delivery for payment to clear, everything works and always has since day one,comes with all manuals, I've added led battery operated push button lights through out the inside of trailer under cabinets ,,,trailer is sold as is just the way it sits ,no shipping of trailer,local sale,no trades, Trailer does not have a fuel station . Jayco did not offer generators on the sl line of TH like this one .
