This RV is in expected condition for its age.
The minor defects shown in the pictures are not critical to using this RV.
Repairs needed are minor and easily done by slightly handy individuals. Microsuede fabric is serviceable.
The tires were replaced in 2020.
The house batteries were replaced in 2020.

Reason for selling is do not use often enough anymore.
This Class C RV is low mileage (under 7K), well maintained, and runs great. Upgrades after purchasing include two roof covers that allow the vents in the front and back to be run regardless of weather, as well as an upgraded smoke/carbon monoxide detector. The unit is still under Warranty through Warranty Forever, in addition to other (manufacturers) warrantees.
