Very good condition. Clean and comfy! New 15,000 BTU ducted A/C that does a great job cooling entire coach. Tires have fewer than 500 miles on them along with older spare. New battery. Auto leveling! 2 flat screen TV's and 1 DVD player. Has antenna and cable and satellite jacks. 10 gal electric/LP hot water heater. Able to shower without having to turn off water! Spacious 2 door fridge/freezer electric/LP. Table with 2 chairs in dining area. 3 burner gas stove and gas oven. Microwave above stove. Counter top extension. New mattress with foam topping. Power awning. Fabric ripped in recent storm but mechanism works fine. Central vac system. Takes 50 amp because wired for 2nd A/C unit. Everything runs fine on 30 amp. Power cord, adapter, and surge protector included. Also included are fresh water hose with pressure regulator and new filter. New sewer hose, tank rinse hose, and portable 35 gal waste water tank Also included. No water damage or leaks. Roof recently inspected and found to be in good shape. Fresh water 55 gal. Black water 40 gal. Grey water 40 gal. Propane 60 lbs.
