Like new pop up camper.  Only used 3 times.  Never stored outside always garage kept.  It has a power lift roof, 2 LPG 20 gallon tanks, 1 battery with solar panel hook up ready. It has a rear Queen bed, front king bed and a dinett that conveys into a bed.  Heated queen and kind  Mattress. Kitchen include 3 burner range with over, sink and microwave. Ourdoor kitchen include 2 burner stove, sink and has grill line.  Sound system is available inside with an outside speaker also. 13500 btu Coleman AC unit. Full fold down shower and toilet area. Large LED awning located on entry side. Max air fan on inside of unit. Excellent trailer in perfect condition.

Excellent shape, one of the biggest pop ups you can buy. Has fridge, freezer, indoor stove, outdoor stove, indoor oven, heater, a/c, microwave, hot and cold water, toilet, shower indoor and outdoor, cable hook up, slide out, heated mattresses, outdoor sink and stove, electric brakes, powered lift. Can't get any more from a pop up.

The beauty of a pop up camper is you feel like you are camping, but have some great amenities. Like air conditioning & heating, microwave, refrigerator, stove & oven, & in this case, a bathroom/shower along w/ black & grey water tanks that are 12 gal ea plus a 26 gal FW tank. With conservative use, we go 4 nights on grey water (no showers) and 8 nights on black (using camp facilities during day). This is a High Wall version which means it is 6 ft high when towing & you get std counter tops inside the unit. It is a 14’ box & tow length is 19.5 ft. Unfolded is 25.75’. Sticker states dry weight of 3210 lbs and 611 lbs of cargo weight. We added a power tow hitch and upgraded awning, so best guess is now 3325 lbs. The top is moved up by an electric motor that runs with either AC or DC. Tow behind a Jeep GC & you don’t feel a thing except for bumps. With this floor plan you can reach the fridge when the top is down. This is a huge benefit when loading up or stopping at the grocery store on the way. The fridge has a small freezer & is a 3-way, meaning AC, DC, or propane (2 tanks). It sleeps 6 using the dinette. Front bed is king and rear is queen, both include heated mattresses. There is an outdoor kitchen with stove, sink and drawers. Has a AM/FM CD w/ speakers indoor & out (& remote control). Outdoor lights & A/C electric outlet. The following was added by us or is included with the sale. Power hitch, propane tank covers, new trailer cover, new tire covers, new tires (one trip), new awning (one trip)(have old one with small tear that is included), TV stand indoor (there is a cable hook up), electric drill with socket to speed up stabilizer jacks, 10-12 gal tote with wheels for extra holding tank capacity, Flushking to back wash tanks, & 2 water hoses. The unit is in awesome shape. We love it but wanting more room and moving up to a 5th Wheel.

2014 Forest River Rockwood High Wall HW277, I am selling my 2014 Forest River Rockwood HW277. We are wanting a travel trailer and need to sell our "Like New" Pop Up. This thing has all the bells and whistles. It is 19' from tongue to bumper and 26' Opened up. Has a dry weight of 2962 pounds and super easy to tow. We paid $18,300 just 1 1/2 years ago. Below I will list all the specs and features. Features and Specs: Enclosed Toilet/Shower with 12 gallon black holding tank. 13,500 BTU Roof Mountain A/C Upgraded 20,000 BTU Furnace (I have camped in 27 degrees and that thing still makes you hot.) 2x20 pound propane tanks Gas BBQ that mounts to the side and runs off on board propane.
