Camper was used for two seasons very sparingly. Camper has power lift, A/C, heat, hot water heater, headed mattress, outdoor grill and front pull out storage bin. There are two propane cylinders one side out with a bay kitchen window. Pop up is in excellent condition and is light enough to be towed with a mini van.
