2014 Forest River Cedar Creek Fifth Wheel 38CK, Due to recent divorce,I am selling my 2014 Cedar Creek 38CK fifth wheel. It has been on a permanent site at Lake Hickory RV resort since purchase. You can leave it here or I can have it ready to roll very easily. It comes with a 46" flat screen and a Jensen CD/DVD/MP3 receiver with Dolby sound in the living room. There are also two La-Z-Boy rocker recliners. The kitchen area has a full size Kitchen Aid side by side refrigerator with ice maker and a microwave with convection cooking. The counters are granite. Unit has central vacuum system. There are a separate washer and dryer in the hall leading to the bedroom. The bedroom has a 27" flat screen with a Serta Perfect Sleeper by Trump king size bed and ample closet space. The exterior has three slides, slide toppers with metal covers and an 18' awning. Outdoor speakers and cable hook-up are near the door. It has upgraded frameless windows. There are two A/C units. A 15,000 btu in the living area and a 13,500 btu in the bedroom. Hot water comes from a 12 gallon gas/electric water heater. This unit uses the six point hydrolic Level Up (TM) system. Purchased in December of 2013 for $89,000. NADA value on this unit is over $78,000. There is a small dent in the left side skirt so I am asking only $72,500. This a good price for a fifth wheel of this quality.
