Cab seats have covers on them for protection. The fabric underneath is in good condition.
The flooring is in good condition except for one wear mark (see photos). It appears to be where the entertainment wall slides out from the cabinet.
The interior entertainment cabinet frame has a few cosmetic cracks in the trim (see photos).
The roof appears intact, with no visible signs of leaks.
The air conditioner worked fine during the photo shoot.
The unit needs a new smoke detector.
Tires have plenty of tread with date codes of 2015.

Built on the Ford E-450 chassis and powered by a V10 6.8L engine with 305HP, this RV has plenty of power to get you through highway traffic or wilderness backroads. Equipped with a 7,500-lb. towing hitch, you can also hook up your car, boat, or trailer and bring it along for the ride.
The 240FS is right at home in an RV Park running on a 30 amp AC connection. You can also take it off the grid and get power from the Onan 4.0kW gasoline Generator. The RV also has a solar plug if you want to add a panel later.
Comfort is king in this Coachmen! There is room to sleep 6, with a bed over the cab, a U-shaped dinette sleeper, and a comfortable queen bed. And if you get hungry or thirsty, you can access a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, and microwave convection oven to meet your needs.
If you want entertainment, this RV has lots of options. The exterior entertainment compartment has a TV, stereo, and speakers. The interior entertainment center, situated in the wall separating the dinette and bedroom, has a TV, stereo/DVD system, sound bar, and speakers. You can slide the wall out and reverse the TV position to view it from the living area or the bedroom.
If you like the outdoors, extract the automatic awning with a push of a button and set yourself down outside. The basement storage compartment has plenty of room for large objects like patio chairs or accessories. Open the rear side compartment, extend the built-in metal table, and place your grill or any other appliance on top for convenience.
