This Coachmen Apex Ultra Lite 279RLSS features a rear living layout with two recliners, dual entry doors and a large slide-out in the main living area. The trailer is 31’ total length, weighs 5500 lbs empty, and can carry an additional 2200 lbs in cargo. The trailer includes a winter full-length canvas cover and wheel covers. This unit is a 9 on a 10-point scale. It is part of a divorce settlement. As a single guy, I do not need a trailer. The ex and I camped in it about a dozen times. I bought it new and I have priced it very reasonably compared to other listings (check out smartrvguide.com for comparisons). Step inside the rear entrance and see two lounge chairs along the back wall with end tables on either side. Straight in from the door there is a slide which features a sofa with overhead cabinets, and a u-shaped dinette. The sleeper sofa sleeps 2 adults and the dinette converts to a double bed suitable for 2 children. The entertainment center includes a TV with a digital roof TV antenna with cable hookups and WIFI capability, a stereo with inside/outside sound, a CD player, and a 4-outlet USB recharging station. The kitchen provides you with everything you need for meal prep and cooking. There is a 4-shelf pantry for storing dry goods, a refrigerator (propane/electric), a 3-burner range with a small oven, a microwave oven, and a double sink with retractable rinse hose. There is a complete bath that features an angled shower, toilet, and sink. A linen cabinet is across the way along the opposite wall. The front bedroom features a queen size bed, wardrobes on either side of the bed, and an overhead cabinet for more storage. There is also a private entry to the bedroom. Onboard storage is provided by the front pass-through storage compartment, the under-seat dinette storage, and significant storage underneath the front bed. Everything works on this trailer. You will not find any surprises.
