This RV has be carefully maintained. It is kept under cover. When uncovered for a trip, the roof was inspected, treated, and the RV washed. When returning from a trip, the roof was again treated and inspected. It was washed dried and covered until the next trip. The generator has been started and run monthly just to keep it in good working order. When the tires needed to be replaced, all the tires, including the spare, were all replaced at once. So new-ish tires Many extras have been added to make this the most perfect, comfortable home away from home. My friends call it the "Taj Mahaul" because it's so luxurious. The 3812TS model has a triple slide, generator, fueling station, toy lock, sleeps 10, and features a loft. Double queens drop down in toy hauler, bottom queen is split seating. Queen in master and loft.Custom made mattress in master, ordered and purchased after market. Auto inflate/deflate queen in living area. So it has FIVE Queen size beds available for you and your guests.Second AC was added to the master bedroom so the bedroom door could be closed & you would still be comfortable, it was installed by the dealership. High end solid wood custom built cabinets were built by a professional cabinetmaker, matched to the existing wood frame, and carefully added in the toy hauler section to provide for storage, without compromising the ability to comfortably fit your golf cart or other toys. Two rocker recliners. And additional mini fridge has been added to accommodate extra drinks or whatever else you'd like to take along. Custom back drop down screen will convey. Always kept under cover. Personal items will be removed. Non-Smoker.Excellent condition. Well worth the look!
