This RV is exceptionally clean and complete with all the bells and whistles. The interior is in immaculate condition. The exterior has a few scratches and nicks. I own this outright and have a clear Florida title in hand to transfer to the new buyer. Just detailed. I just replaced all of the plastic fittings on the outside ONLY because they looked a little weathered/yellow from the Florida Sun. I am a little OCD and have been detailing vehicles 25 yrs and keep my vehicles clean and looking new. Sleeps 6.I am only selling this because I am buying a 4 wheeler am purchasing a 40', 5th Wheel Toyhauler. The last two pictures show small dents on the bottom panel of the passenger side towards the rear, behind the rear wheel. It slipped off a jack while I was greasing the bearings. The other dent is in the same area but on the drivers side. It was a result of a blowout while I was driving. Both dents are only cosmetic and not very noticeable because of their location on the trailer.
