This fifth wheel has been garage stored for seven years. Has never been on the road.  We lived in this trailer for six months while our house was getting built. It is in extremely good condition. Any items we bought for the trailer, go with the trailer,  including tripod.  Amenities include, but are not limited to, washer dryer combo, front and rear AC units, 50 amp  hook up, two propane tank's, and an electric canopy. Sofa  has an electric pump for the blowup mattress, and the bedroom has a queen size bed.  Two flatscreen TVs, surround sound stereo with  inside and outside speakers and mounts. Large pass through storage. Light! We pull this with 2006 Sequoia. Empty weight 4213, gross 6500, Hitch 410, Length 23'2", Height 10'11", Fresh 41, Waste 30, Gray 30, 30Amp service, microwave, propane oven/range. Ducted floor heat and ceiling ducted A/C. Includes load leveler hitch and sway bar - which you won't need - this trailer pulls straight due to wide set axles (see photo) Great camper for a couple to go see the country. We are moving to larger trailer and full time RV. Current trailer location is Angel Fire, NM until Oct 1, then moves to Oklahoma City.

It has 2 bathrooms, 4 slides, electric awning, outdoor kitchen (with TV, fridge, and gas range), 2 AC units, 4 TVs, Washer dryer hook-ups, and a huge bunk room in the back! This trailer has been meticulously maintained. Kept in covered storage for the bulk of the time we have owned it (we bought it new in 2010), and only used a few times a year. On board Onan generator, two ac units, onboard two queen beds in rear and one is a wrap around couch, 32inch tv in living room, indoor outdoor speakers, 19inch tv in toy hauler area, queen bed in front, large bathroom with glass shower, easy flush system for dumping and winterization station without the hassle. Everything works great just need to sale as we don't use it much anymore.
