2011 Keystone Montana Mountaineer 324-RLQ -- GREAT VALUE @ $24,950. MUST SELL FOR MEDICAL REASONS. This beautifully maintained non-smoking , 36-foot fifth wheel with 4 slides was going to be our second home for many years to come until surgery complications changed our lives and our plans. Though little used, we cherish the time we spent in our cozy home with family and friends while visiting so many spectacular places we had dreamed about for years. Our 5th wheel feels so spacious with its vaulted ceilings and 4 slideouts. It is really comfortable and very relaxing sitting in the living room on the Queen sleeper sofa, or watching TV in the comfy recliners. The LIVING ROOM includes a desk with drawers and a padded chair, a multitude of cabinets, electric fireplace for those cool evenings, lighted ceiling fan and a Jensen AM/FM DVD Entertainment Center with 3-zone speakers, interior and exterior and 32-inch LED TV.The DINING AREA has a table with 4 padded chairs and a very handy storage area under the seats. We have cooked many delicious meals in the KITCHEN, which has 3-burner range/oven, microwave/range hood (light and fan), refrigerator freezer, double sink with cutting board covers and lots of cabinets for storage. There is a large pantry with extra shelves and turntables added.Step up to full height in the BEDROOM, which has a Queen bed with memory foam topper and large storage area in its pedestal. There is a 6-foot mirrored closet with sliding doors, large cabinet for extra storage (also plumbed for washer/dryer), large dresser and wall mounted 19" LED TV that can be hooked up to outside compartment to enjoy under the large power awning.BATHROOM has a roomy corner shower with skylight, sink, vanity, porcelain toilet and storage cabinet over toilet.BASEMENT is large (3'x4'x8') and provides a ton of storage space, accessible from both sides. Front storage is also large enough for cables, hoses and generator. The main living area has a large side, and the upper bedroom has a slide. There is a toilet in its own room in the upper bedroom, with the sink and shower in the same room as the bed. There is a divider that can separate the shower from the bed for privacy. the sofa folds out to a queen bed. There are hookups for a washer/dryer unit in the upper area. There is a 2nd half bath (toilet/sink) with a door into the main living area and a door into the back bedroom. We added a temporary divider in the back bedroom to add privacy for the 2 sides, make 2 mini spaces for each our kids. There is an outdoor kitchen with 2 burners, an 5500 Onan Generator, 3 house batteries. Remote control roof vents that close automatically if it starts to rain. This unit comes with 2 TV's, one in the upper bedroom and one in the main living area. There is a stereo system and DVD player as well. There is a large storage area under the upper bedroom, and smaller storage areas under the bunks in the back bedroom, all accessible from outside.
